Default 317 shaved heads

I it possible to shave 72cc 317 heads to 62 cc? I have a forged 346 ls1 with wiseco flat top with -3cc valve relief pistons. Has anyone done this? thanks

TTT anyone? I know this heads are perfect for boost application but I'd like to get them shaved and use them for an NA application with 11.4 SCR

That's a good question b/c milling them .07" may be a bit much...

you could mill them .040 use a .40 cometic gasket and it will get you close.....im gonna mill mine .030 to get me stock copmpression....

i milled mine .40 to 66cc if you go .50 is alot. possible though i dunno bout .60 or70 though.

you can mill them as much as you want but any thing over .050 will require machining the intake seal seat to match the angle of the heads....
