In my opinion - no. The dual/dual has been proven as one of the best flowing exhausts out there. Most people that swap it out do so for sound purposes only. I did exactly the opposite, and have never been happier!

Seems like all of the catbacks are pretty similar in flow - most people only change them out for sound changes. That being said, the Hooker produces good dyno/track results and sounds awesome...

The hooker will if you drop off the muffler
I take mine off when I go to the track. It sounds like crap with gutted cats but at the track I could care less about how it sounds.
