Question lifters

what keeps the lifters up from falling down when changing the cam, i heard all you have to do is loosen the rockers, take the pushrods out , rotate the engine twice then pull the cam out. is this correct, does anyone have pics of parts

The only thing that keeps lifters from falling is a little bit of friction with the brown plastic holder thing !! Which is think was meant to aid the cam swap process

Use the 5/16 metal rods too to avoid problems. I made mine. Not using rods is Russian Roulette.
