Default HELP in choosing correct CAM for my car?

I have a 2002 Z28 with mti air lid, slp maf, bellows, k&n filter, mac headders, hi flow cats, slp loudmouth, subframe connectors, taylor 10.4mm wires and ngk tr55 plugs. What do you think would be the best cam setup with minor computer tuning?

What type of trans M6 or A4, and how high to you want to spin the motor. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Confused]" src="images/icons/confused.gif" />
