Default f14 package is on the way!!

Hello all. been looking for a cam now for about 3 months now. I decided to go with an f14(regular one) with the upgraded spring package. I have been buying up parts like a madman the past couple of weeks getting ready for this. I also got 2 degrees of advance ground in so i can just install it straight up. Has anyone else got this package from allan? When i go over the parts list for the springs i dont see anything about new locks. Surely it comes with the entire package huh? I cant wait for it all to come in!!

If you ordered everything from Allan you will not need new locks. When I had my F14 I reused my stock locks with Manley springs and retainers.

Cool man, I just put in my F14 highlift. I also did a ton of research on what cam to get and the F14 looks like an all around awesome choice. Good luck with it, when's it all going to be done by?

Sigforty - 423/408 was on stock LS6 heads, correct?

Just as soon as it gets here i'll be slapping it in. I ordered it fri. morn. I was going with the highlift myself but with the f13. That amount of lift on the intake scared me off at the last minute and decided to go with the 14 regular. It make take a little longer for me to get it since i asked for a couple of degrees to be ground into the cam. I got the upgraded spings that are good to i think it was .650 lift. Hell, the intake lift on the high 13 was like .649 or somewhere like that. This is my first cam, so i want to play it on the safe side and maybe do heads or a fast 90/90 down the road if i am not satifed. All in all, before the end of march, sooner if the cam gets here quicker.

Yep, I was a stock bolt on Z06 at that time. I lated added the Dart 205 heads and went up to around 452 rwhp 423 rqtq. All of that was on the Ls6 intake with the stock belt driven water pump.
