Default AC delete panel

Anyone know where I can buy an AC delete panel? I pulled my AC and want to get everything out so the firewall looks clean. I need to pick up this panel but am not sure where from.

Thanks!

I used the same stuff. It took some time making the template but well worth it and cheaper than buying one
