Default Loud "POP" under hard accel

Hey guys, I noticed this problem the other day and tonight, when I punch it in first at around 4 grand I hear this loud POP from the driverside of the car. I'm not sure what it could be the car seems to studder for just a brief half second when it happens. I'm not showing an SES light. I'll scan it tomorrow to see if I'm throwing a code.
A little info on the car.
95 Z28, CAI, Elbow, air foil, Cutout, fully built trans with 3200 stall.
The plugs haven't been changed in probably 8-12 months same with the wires. I'm waiting to do the plugs till next weekend when I install the LT's
Thanks in advance

It could just be a little unburnt fuel in the exhaust. My formula would make some pops on decel after a hard run. It was nothing too loud though.

most likely you have an exhaust leak, i would start there first. does it pop when u rev it up in neutral?

I'm not sure if it does it in neutral. When it happens, it sounds like something is going break. I'm about to scan it right now.

EDIT- It doesn't do it in neutral, and I just went to go see if it would do it again and it didnt make that sound now. I do have a couple of exhaust leaks though. I'll check my wires and stuff. Think it could be the opti, its original with 130,xxx miles on it.

Transmission mount.... Trust me, i have replaced mine 3 times. A good way to tell is to pop the hood, have someone watch the motor, and brake stall it in first, there will be a lot of movement if it is the tranny mount...

Its deffinatley not the tranny mount. I've replaced mine alot also but this one is still good. I'm leaning toward my plugs and wires. There really old. Sucks that I have to drive it until the weekend like this though. Damn work till dark and don't have garage.
