changing t4 flange to t6

Default changing t4 flange to t6

anyone ever do this on there setup, im worried about back pressure and the S series turbos are all T6, im thinking of cutting the flange and working a t6 on it. anyone have pictures of the size difference? thanks

I wouldnt do the t-6 to the t-4 flange. that will restrict the flow and defeat the purpose of having the T-6. let me know what size your looking for in a T-4 or T-6 frame. I have some options that would work well for you!

looking for a turbo on my 365, 6.0 heads, studded everywhere, 8.1:1 compression. ls6 intake, i was leaning towards a pt88, i would like 800rwhp through an auto. i thought i had it all picked out but there are so many turbos i just dont know, i was debating an S88 to make some real power. but would have to cut the t4 flange and weld on a t6 which i can do. i probably just should

thats only 6 more CI than me, i bet you will be fine provided the system you mount the turbo to is good.

yeah i should probably stay with the pt88
