Default No Brakes

At slow speeds the brakes work fine, but at highway speeds or after a race,at the track, I feel like dragging my feet to help it stop. I replaced rotors and pads and the problem is still there. I first noticed the problem during a panic stop and as soon as I stepped on the brake hard they seemed to go away, not a good feeling as you are closing fast the car in front of you. Any help as to what and how check would be greatly appreciated.

It could be air trapped in the ABS unit. you get good brakes untill the unit activtes then the air is released and bam no brakes.

Do I need to just bleed the brakes?

samething happens to me at 130+. it seems like im dragging the brakes and doesn't stop fast at all. i have hawk hp+ pads, brembo blanks on all 4 corners, ss lines, and super blue brake fluid. and it still happens but at 100-0 it stops vary well. so hopefully someone will know the answer.

Sounds like you might have pad knockback. Happens when you have worn hubs...
