I have HPTuners and can remove those items for the cost of a licence $100 but not sure when I can meet you as work and home is very busy for the next few weeks.
If your gonna do a full tune this can be done at that time. Arun does full tunes for a resonable price, is closer to you (K/W), so you may want to ask him.
