Default Are these the right lugs and studs?

I'll be buying some Pro Stars soon, and I'm going to go ahead and upgrade the studs. Are these the right ARP studs? Do I need 3.5" (PN 100-7713) or will 2.5" (PN 100-7708) be fine? I plan to use 5/16th spacers on the front, no spacer on the rear.

These Lug Nuts?

I will be using open ended lug nuts, but I thought I heard that they must stick out past the end of the nut, but I'm not sure.
