Default Heating Problemo

Hey guys what could be some of the symptoms of my car taking FOREVER to heat up. Its around 32 degrees around here and it takes a good 15-20 minutes to warn up and when i hit about 55 the temp drops to like 165-170. I have a 180 thermo in it. Any ideas?

I Dont Know Unless Previous Owner Had One Of The Devises That Turns The Fans On Early LOL Here In TX We Really Dont See To Much Cold Weather The Only Problem I Had Was The Door That Switches From The Cool Side To Hot Side Would Get Stuck. But Yours Does Get Warm At Some Point So Im Not Sure Unless The Door Is Stuck In The Middle
