Two different heads. Look at the intake port height, the one on the left is up by the bolt.

Yes!! We have a winner. The ports don't match. One is huge and centered, the other small and sitting very low.

He was taking it apart to get the heads ported and found the obvious problem in the pic above. (it was complete before his disassemby)
