Like the subject say's. Has anyone had good results with superior automotive in anahiem ca? They are the shop that was in the may issue of hot rod magazine for(LS1 bolt-ons for 400 rear wheel HP).

I have heard nothing but good things about this shop. I am having them hand finish my TR CNC heads and install a H/C kit on Aug 3rd , 4th and it will be tuned by Sean at So Cal Diablo using the predator will post the dyno results!

results are 415/403 through full exhaust and short tube headers with cutout closed. minus cats.

Why did they only take it to 5,800? I live 2 or 3 miles from them. I have been thinking about having them do my H/C also. Tell us more about them please. Someone on this board had advised me not use them. They seemed to like Don Lee's Auto.

I went back and had them redyno it and do a pull up to 6400 and it peaked at 5800 I guess that is why they only did a partial pull. I told them I wanted a full pull to see how long it makes power so they redynoed it and did not charge me. The guy who had a bad experience from them is silver02 here on the boards. I had a good experience from them. They are a little on the expensive side though. I had to bring my car back to them about two months later as a poly lock on the rocker arm came loose. Other than that I am very happy with the setup and it is making great power. They will port your heads for like 1400 dollars and the labor for the heads and cam is about 1300 dollars. I would go back to them.
