Is this a window motor problem?
Drivers side window will roll all the way down, but when it comes back up it stops about an inch short of being all the way up. The motor doesn't make any weird noises like one I had did in the past when it went bad. When it comes up the window kinda sags towards the front for a few inches of travel then straightens up. This is what makes me thing it might be something else.

Sounds like your motor is about to go bad and there is a small/minor hang-up in the door. (The hang-up could cause your brief sag-tilt.) The motor shuts off when it senses it can't go up/down any more, which is controlled by a switch in the motor. That switch is probably going bad and senses the hang-up as a full-up condition. (Unless you adjusted the window recently, the motor in the past was probably well enough to power through the hang/up.)
You might be able to adjust the window to be a tad bit smoother and shut, but you'd only be buying yourself a short period of time before the motor goes out all together.
To confirm its the motor -> open the door and while you are putting the window up, pull up on the glass with your hand. If the glass goes up all the way (and you don't feel anything weird happening with the glass) you will be able to confirm the motor is weak.
