Default Fixing Speedo for 4.11's without messing up custom tune??

I've got a 93 TA with a 94 or 95 OBDII PCM so I should be able to correct for the 4.11's with a handheld programmer, hypertech etc, however the car was already dyno tuned for its current modifications and I don't want to screw with that. So my question is whats the cheapest device to change just the gear ratio and not affect anything else??

you can send the PCM to a programmer and have it changed without affecting the tune......

yes a hypertech will do it...but a tuner will most likely do it cheaper than what you can even get a used hypertech for....
