Default Semi-Strange Blinker Issue

So, my left blinker works fine but my right does not work at all!

If I click it into place it just goes solid light on my dash and outside, could this be an issue with my passenger tail light which is also missing a light on the far right side when I hit the brakes?

Will new tail lights fix this issue? Could a wire perhaps be not plugged in properly? Any ideas are welcome.

same thing happened to me, believe I ended up replacing a side marker light and it worked again.
