Default Anyone running a Richmond R.O.D. 6-Speed?

I have a Richmond R.O.D. sitting here in my shop and was wondering if anybody is currently running one in a f-body. Since all I can find are auto cars, I'm thinking of doing a swap.

i'm not, however, I will be running a Tex Racing T101A. If it's a T10-style bellhousing pattern on the trans. You can use the Lakewood 15005 bellhousing to mate everything. I'm still working on making my setup hydraulically actuated.

hah! Howe racing makes a hydraulic T/O bearing so you can use stock hydraulics + plumbing.

I bought one new, for about $100 shipped from ebay.

Yes i have one in my 68 firebird. I'm having a problem shifting into third gear. Every other time i try to shift 2nd to 3rd it shifts into 5th. Anyone else having these problems or heard of this before? Maybe all i need is a linkage adjustment... thanks.

Although i must say, after having stripped all the teeth off the input shaft of the T5, TWICE, the ROD 6 speed holds up well.

I contacted Long Shifters, now G-force transmissions and they sell lead-ins for shifting 2nd to 3rd for $45. They install it so I will have to take the shifter tower off the tranny and ship it back. I'll re-post when its done.
