I just spent a buttload this past week on installing a brand new clutch master and slave cylinder. I went to go drive this morning, and I still grinded going into 1st gear from a 3-5 mph roll. It only happens occasionally and very occasionally 2nd gear. What gives? Syncros going out?

you realize to install te slave they had to pull the tranny?


its probably worn synchros... going to have to pull the tranny again.

Yeah of course, I was there when they were working on it. How much are syncros?

Like I said, it happens occasionally, so I'll probably drive around just shifting slow for a while until I could afford to replace the syncros.
