01 Corvette PCM, Climate Control AC???? Guys,
I'm using a 2001 Vette PCM for my GTM and I'm in the process of wiring up the AC which I'd like to run through the PCM. My question centers around the Climate Control AC and how to tell the PCM I want to turn on the compressor. Normall the climate control system sends a signal/message to the PCM via the serial data line to tell the PCM to actvate the compressor as apposed to using the 'AC request signal' which is on pin 17 in this case.
The question is,,,,, if the PCM is set up for climate control,,, will the other pin (17 AC Signal Request) still trigger the compressor?
