Default Team ZR1 EASE won't connect

- tried changing from lm7 mode to generic mode.
- tried changing com ports(verified that it is com 1 on my laptop)
- tried starting truck
- made sure I was on st2-int

any ideas?

You need (MUST) to assign a printer to LPT1, even if you do not intend to use a printer, it is used for formatting of certain screens and certain fonts esp if using XP OS but a printer has to be assigned even if you pick a generic printer from MSwindows setup for printers.

Also make sure in the comm setup screen that your selecting the model number of the interface you have from Ease ( model number is written on top of interface box) if it is RS232 or USB cable and correct com port.

I assigned a default printer, and made sure I had the right interface assigned.It's an rs232 cable in com 1 (how do I know for sure its com 1) Still no luck. My E-mails to you keep getting returned because of an address problem, could you give me the address to make sure?
