Question Rouh Idle When Car is Warm....

Hey guys, my cars been idleing kinda funny once its warmed up. While its in park and nuetral it idles like normal, but when in reverse and drive at idle, it fluxuates between 400 too 600 rpm's and idles pretty ruff. Do you guys have any suggestions as to what it might be. The car is a stock 96 Camaro Z28 Automiatic. I've been reading through some other forums and it sounds like it could possibly be the EGR or the air system, but what are you guys thoughts?? Thank fellas for all your guys's input!!!!

Probably an o2 sensor if it only has problems when the car is warm. Those are only used by the cpu after the car is warm and goes into closed loop.
