I would go with AI or LE, i'm doing a 383 build with AI in the next few months! Are you planning on using the stock 347cubes? Idk maybe with the nitrous and a perfect setup you can get there, but 600rw is ALOT!! With the right suspension you can be in the 9s easy!!(THATS FLYING)!!

yea im looking at doing a forged 383 stroker and spaying the hell out of it. i need it to beat anything on the streets. thinking about it now 600 is a ton so probably 500 to 550 rwhp street car. im gunna have it on dr's and work on the suspension a bit. ive looked into ai's stuff and i like what i see. what heads do you think i should go with. im planning on spraying 2 stages 75 outa the hole if its hooking then another 125 in second.

I'm going with the 200cc package!! Wouldnt recommend going any lower for your goals, and i think 500 on the streets will destroy most cars! But you have to remember, there is always going to be someone with more money and faster cars! Spraying a 500hp car out the hole on drs, dont know if that would work out to well IMO! Contact AI and tell them your goals and they well help you put together a reliable setup, and thats the key you want something thats going to be reliable and streetable in your case!!

Mine makes 451 rwhp so that plus a 150 shot
you will need a good rearend, tranny and suspention also
600 rwhp is alot.I know even with my 450 I will go 10.3`s this year(taking out weight and a better 60ft)
What you looking for 9.80`s?

My car has made 597 at the wheels with the following:
Forged 383 - Eagle crank and rods / JE Pistons
Ported stock heads
Custom blower cam
Vortech T-Trim with Aftercooler at 19 lbs of boost
58mm BBK TB
42# injectors
Aeromotive A1000 and FPR
Then you need the supporting mods:
Built T-56
McLeod clutch
Chromemoly DS
Strange 12 bolt
LCA's, APHB
Good luck, it's going to be a lot of coin...but a hell of a blast to drive.

I second weckbusa and you can watch and hear mine in the signature, it's a 383 Stroker, ported heads and intake, Vortech Supercharged intercooled Air to Water setup, beefed up T56 and a good rear end and you're at the 600s. Mine is getting 618.
Can u use all of that on the street? No, you really don't need that much, if u reach 500-550 everyone out there (On the street) can pretty much still kiss ur ***, REALLY.
In other words, sad but true, all u need is ******* MONEY !!!!

It's so true and that's why I ended my other post with that word . You got MONEY !! you can get as much HP as you wish, it's that simple, there are enough professionals out there to take your money to get you the HP you need, but again, you've got to have the MONEY . I'm personally broke now after spending around 10 grand to get the 600 HP I wanted, you can get that much for less MONEY though not a lot less but you still need the MONEY.

Honestly, not quite sure. May have something to do with the tune. The motor was built by the previous owner. At 3800# raceweight, the car has gone 11.20@125, and that was with the pulley that's currently on the car (16 #'s of boost). It's a street car, so I never really worried about it too much.

Id check that out for you because it might be running really lean....
Not sure if a 42# injector can supply enough fuel for 19psi on a 383
Even with an A1000 and bigger lines
Dont want to see you blowing **** up now
