Re: HELP Ticking Noise!!!!
Did you check the belt and pulleys? One of my pulleys makes a funny ticking sound when the car is cold. But it goes away after it warms up. At first I thought it was one of the rockers, but it's not. I haven't looked too much into it yet. If if gets worse, I will...

Under what conditions does the noise occur? Can you tell the area where it is coming from? It could be a number of things. Have you touched the oil pump at all? If so, It could be related the the pick up tube O-ring. I had that problem a couple months ago.

Re: HELP Ticking Noise!!!!
I realize you said you don't think its an exhaust leak, but do you still have your AIR system on your car? In particular your AIR tubes? You might have a burnt check valve. A lot of times when the check valve goes they make a ticking noise.
A new check valve and the AIR restrictor mod will take care of it.
