Default Have any of you guys bought parts from jagsthatrun

I placed an order online 2 days ago, sent e-mail yesterday trying to confirm order no response yet. Have you experienced this with them. I thought they were the go to guys for intake ducts.

i placed an order and it took them 3-4 days to respond back with an invoice. I ended up buying my parts from CarShopInc and got them right away. When they finally contacted me about my order (jtr), they didn't even have it right.

Doesn't look like they carry it. Anyone know a supplier for this item.

I did.. but I was lucky.. when I talked to them to order my parts.. I found out that he live not to far from me and asked if he could bring them home and I would pickup from there..! They are a small store that doesn't have a retail store.. only phone and internet orders..

you got a phone number cause I don't see one on their site or contact info. That usally sends up a red flag not to order from companys that you can not talk to a person on the phone.

never mine I finally found it.

Just talked to Mike, he had already sent me a reciept at home, unfortunately I rarely open email there. Most suppliers just send it direct to paypal for you to approve and send.

I got parts from JTR and got very good service on several different orders we made from them, and interest in our swap and its progress, along with suggestions regarding cooling (radiator) and air intake systems. Very responsive, just give them a call. Remember that people who provide "specialty parts and service" are just guys like you and me, and have lives to look after, too. You aren't dealing with Sears or NAPA, so give 'em some slack; you'll get what you want.
