Would anyone advise against modding while on a loan? Not a car loan, a small personal loan.

I'm pretty sure one can mod on a loan. If not, my friend better keep up with his payments.

I don't get it? Do you mean taking out a loan to buy parts?

He means modding a car that has a lean on it. Yes you can I still have one on mine. Its not smart to mod a car your going to sell because you don't get extra money when it comes time to sell. But anyway yeah its his car why not?

No, I meant buying mods and adding them on the car while I was paying a loan on the car.

Sure you can, what's the problem? It would be stupid to do that to a car you're leasing, but as long as you're buying it, mod away.

Would anyone advise against redoing the interior and ripping apart the bezel for a carPC?

It doesnt matter what he does to it. I owe 2100 on mine and Im getting ready to fab up the cage for it. He could paint it pink if he wanted to.

I'd say very few people here did NOT have a loan on their car when they started modding.

I did. I bought my car and within 3 days started modding (I bought mods before the car). I paid off the car in 9 months, but by that time it had a 12-bolt, cam, headers, etc. :)
