Anyone running Jesel 1.75:1 Rockers
My next engine mod will probably be a set of aftermarket rockers. I havent had any needle bearing problems yet, but at 68k miles, I want to replace my rockers before I have a problem.
My current setup is in my sig, but with my cam 228/224 .571/.568 112 +2, I want to make sure I dont overstress my valvetrain, and more importantly, I don't want to smack my valves.
Anyway, I guesstimated that my gross lift after 1.75:1 rockers would be .588/.585. Are my calculations correct?
I guess, what I'm asking, is, does anyone run these rockers with a setup close to I have? Should I expect a performance improvement, or is this just a reliability upgrade? With my cam specs, should any red flags prevent me from doing this? I have the REV1116 springs, so I know they can handle the lift. Thanks for any feedback.
