Default I need the truth about cleaning polished wheels

Ok, I've been searching about how to clean the polished lip of my TTII's and I am kind of confused. I cleaned the wheels yesterday and noticed that the lips have some water spots. So, what is the best way to clean lip of TTII's. Mothers billet polish?, fathers?, sisters, black magic, ??????? Thanks
