did you have to trim the plastic on your steering colum for the grant install kit to not rub? for some reason mine is rubbing the columns trim just enough to keep the wheel from re-centering

i had to trim down the metal dish shaped thing that came with the install kit, so it wouldnt rub on the face of the column.
