Its pretty involved, I am a master gm tech, and it takes me a good hour to do with all the right tools. First you have to pull the steering wheel, then everything else isnt too bad, but you have to know what your doing. If you have a steering wheel puller, and some mechanical ability you should be able to do it yourself, if not take it somewhere else. If you want to atempt it, I can give some more detailed instructions. PM me.
