easy, just push the print screen button on your keyboard, then open paint and click paste and you will have a copy of the screen at the time you pushed the print screen button

If you want a screenshot of only HPTuners, make sure it's the foreground application (click on the title bar to select the window) then hit Alt + printscreen. When you paste it into mspaint you'll find only that selected window in your screenshot.
