How to use QA1 adjustable shocks?

How to use QA1 adjustable shocks? My trans am came with Qa1 adjustables on all four corners. I have 2 wrenches to adjust them with. I was just wonderign where i should set them for racing, etc. I havent tinkered with them yet, i was jw how to do it, what the settings should be for certain situations before i go messing with them. Thanks.
