How to use QA1 adjustable shocks?

Default How to use QA1 adjustable shocks?

My trans am came with Qa1 adjustables on all four corners. I have 2 wrenches to adjust them with. I was just wonderign where i should set them for racing, etc. I havent tinkered with them yet, i was jw how to do it, what the settings should be for certain situations before i go messing with them. Thanks.

Do the rears have a **** for the settings?

The wrenches would be for adjusting the ride height of the car. The shocks dampening would adjust using the **** on the bottom of the shocks.
