Default Grinding rear calipers to fit 15s

I know some of ya'll have done this... any tips. I keep taking more and more off but it still seems to be hitting, and I don't know How thick the tops of the calipers are so I don't want to go to deep...

Someone please shed some light on this for me please...

TIA

What we did was get some spray paint and lightly spay the caliper, put the wheel on and try to move it. Take the wheel off and you will see where it is touching. Keep repeating until the wheel spins freely..................
