Default clutch problems

So after my clutch went to the floor, and would not disengage, I decided I needed to bleed the system. I bled the system and put new DOT4 in instead of 3, and after about bleeding for a couple hours, I found it was enough. Now the clutch doesnt stick to the floor, but has horrible pressure(really weak) and will barely disengage. Also I have to push the clutch all the way to the floor, for it to reluctantly go into gear.
So is this a master cylinder problem, or should I try to bleed it again.
Thanks for your time

Last time that happened to me it was a buddies car, and it ended up being a master cylinder, thats the cheapest and easiest. Thats where I would start. Also sometimes you actually have to use vacuum on the resevoir to get them to bleed.
