Daily Driver Help!!!!!
ok, juss for the heads up im 16, do not under estimate me though, im not a lil ricer punk. i am the proud owner of a 79 corvette, dad bought if for me and helped me rebuild it, but besides the point, im debating on getting a fbody for a dd, preferaibly a ws6 T/A. Ive found on in paticular, a 02 6spd with 122k miles thas in my price range, wandering what all would need to be done, almost sure me and dad would yank the motor out and check the cylinders and maybe the heads have them cleaned up, maybe a fuel pump, just need a lil info on a fbody in paticular, know the basics on an ls1 and their reliablity but what about the car in general, thanks guys in advance

Since GEN II, the SBC last a long time, 200k is almost the old 100k. People with 150K on the LT1s still spray 100-150shots on stock lower ends. Mind you, most have had head work done so that takes care of that issue, but you don't need to pull the motor to check compression. Since it's a daily driver, just give it a tune up (plugs and wires since it's distributorless) and check the fluids

well at 16 at least you got a good taste in cars. i love the 68-82 vettes. if you can get a car like that at 16 go for it, but i don't think it would be necessary to pull the engine out. trust me on this though if you enlist in the army or marine corps you can't afford a new vette

where at on al asad? i was on camp ripper in 06. but you can get paid big in the military BUT it will require a re-enlistment and the right MOS. some MOSs in the Marine Corps are up to $80,000 for a first termer to stay in. and if you do that in iraq its tax free. but the fact is you won't get paid **** for your first 3 years in the military unless you deploy and that money only builds up because you don't have to spend any of it.

We stood up a new base operations unit under the name BCG (base command group). We relieved the Alabama National Guard in July of last year.
We were on the main side of base down the road from the laundry facility. Our main building was a hardstand across from Normady LSA. Also right down the street from the PX/GYM. I am not sure how it was set up when you were there, I was told there were many changes from the people that went before me.
YES!

I personally think that's too much. I would say 10K at MOST.
