17's or 18' on my TA
Help me decide 17's or 18's C5 Z06's on my 02 pewter TA and then im going to put them on my camaro when it gets built. Ill be doing mostly street racing and go to the track ever now and then. Thanks

i ran 18s for a year and a half, but decided i wanted 17's again. i like 17's on our cars, with a wider rim in the back.
cause i was running 18x10s at 4 corners and got tired of that look

If you're going to be racing, I'd say stick with 17's. They're lighter and tires are cheaper.
I'd also say pick a different wheel, I'm not a fan of C5 Z06's. If these are going on a Camaro eventually, why not go with ZR1's? IMO they look 100x better than Z06's.

I do like 5 spokes like my stock WS6 wheels but I think the ZR1 spokes are too thin. You would probably be in the minority on here though saying they are ugly because many people have them. Like you said, to each his own.

if you got the extra money to spend on the more expensive rubber, DEFINATLY go 18 all the way around.
