Need header help
I am doing a 6.0L swap into a 90 300zx.
For fitment, I am pushing back some of the firewall but am having trouble with room for headers.
Does anyone have any recommendations on dimensions for headers, or just maybe someone knows off hand the smallest set of headers that I can use on the motor?
Im having a hard time finding a place to start for this so any help would be great.
THanks.

Knapper,
I was kind of in the same boat with my kit so I built my own. I got the flanges from GM then a box of mistake bends from Schoenfeld plus some mandrel bent U's and 90's. I found I used a lot more of the mistake pipes then the U's and 90's and they are cheep. Go figure.
I used a abrasive chop saw to cut the tubes, and then I tacked them together then sent then out for finish welding. Once the pipes were finished welded, I assembled and tacked everything together, flange, pipes and collector then back to the welder for finish welds.
I used 1 5/8" tube,,, but should of used 1 3/4" I suspect you should as well.
Either way,,, good luck with it. If I would of been smart I would of kept my 91 300ZX and stuffed an LS1 in as well. I loved that car.
