bogarts and 28x10?

i bought some 15x9.75 bogarts for my 99 camaro and was wondering how much fitting other bogart users needed to do to use a 28x10 et drags? i found alot of mixed answers but most post are with prostars and draglites. Come on bogart owners and help me out. TIA
