Feasterville???
Thats the armpit of the upper NE,most people living in Feasterville marry into there own family and have 5 teeth in there mouth?NE Philly is fine but once u get accross Cottman Ave is starts to go down hill real quick..

I moved here due to being a mile from work, grew up in south jersey..and yes Philly is a shithole...it has it's nice spots in the NE(I also lived in the NE for a few years) but overall it's a cesspool. But that's what happens when you have a moron mayors for the last 2 decades
