Default ford 9" and 12bolt for 96t/a help with info on these

i was told im going to blow the r/e cause of the power im going for.so i was wondering if some1 can gime some info on these on how pricey this is and are things going to line up after installing then.im going to be running a cam and a 150 shot with d/r.i was thinking of not using the nos off the line so i dont have to go threw all the drama with the rearend like putting a window switch in or something ?????? please help cause im not a mech.and i only no what i've read or herd.also how bout a ls1 rearend is that any good?

The LS1 rear is the same pos as the one in your car.
