Default What throttle body and MAF should I use?

My 408 is almost complete. I am needing to decide on the throttle body and the MAF sensor. The engine is a forged 408 iron block with turbo and L98 heads that have been ported. Also running the GMPP carburated intake. I have to get the throttle body before I get the elbow ordered. I need a throttle body that will flow 1150 cfm to 1200 cfm, and a MAF that will do the same. Also, were can I get a 2 or 3 bar map sensor that will work with the factory pcm.

I would ditch the MAF and go with a SD tune using a 90mm TB.

If you want to run a bigger MAF I have a 100mm Powermax for sale.

How do you go about doing this sort of thing, and what are the benifits?
