look for ideas for valvetrain parts for cc503 cam
Im pretty much just wanting too know which rocker arms, pushrods, lifters, springs, retainers, and whatever else is need for this cam. I would like too put high strength parts, so I don't have too worry in the long run

If you want to do it right with high strength parts go with NSA 7/16" 1.6RR's. They will require guideplates, hardened chromemoly pushrods, and studs.
Comp Cams Pro-Magnum 7/16" NSA 1.6RR's: 1305-16
Trickflow Guideplates: 30400623-8
ARP Studs 7/16": 134-7103
Trickflow Hardened Chromemoly Pushrods 7.2": 21407200
Crane Double Spring Kit (includes locks, retainers): 10308-1
LS7 Lifters: 12499225
And for timing chain, I would just get a new stock GM chain.

I ran the 503 cam in my formula.
I used the following parts:
Crane 10308-1 springs
Comp hardened pushrods (i think they were 7608)
GMPP guideplates
Crane 11746 energizer rockers
my suggestion to you is change out the studs for longer ones and DO NOT use the stock lifters. Mine spun in the bore and tore up a lobe on the cam.
