Don are you sure you can see the track over that.. J/k hey so what are you running for a motor? Obviously you plan on 8's but is this car more for just fun or competition?

Maybe I should install a 4000 tq converter and a turbo 400 to give you some initial competition

Putting cowl hoods on cars to make them look fast is so rice.

J/K

Seriously, what kind of setup will this have? I'm guessing twin turbos and big cubes? Or a large single turbo?

Yes, its a Van Overton hood. Carbon Fiber and weighs about 8lbs.The edges have to be trimmed to fit but it's pretty easy. This hood doesn't need any other work for paint.

How much was that thing? Hood didn't make my list this year, but for that much of a weight savings, it's gonna have to get on next year's list. How much lighter is that then a stock ss hood, 40+ lbs?

I wasn't sure if you actually weigh'd the 2 and got a actual #. Yeah the us dollar falling on it's face I figured was gonna make this more painful, maybe by the time I'm ready it won't be so bad..... but then again, it might be worse

Pm me the price it ran ya if you don't want it public.
