Perfect??? That's a pretty defined term to be throwing around. The drivability is usually better with an EFI setup due to the ability to fine tune certain parameters. But usually a blowthru will make more average power in the way the fuel is drawn into the runner. It acts as an i/c of sorts. EFI you have 60-80psi of fuel presure. Put anything under pressure and it heats up, which in turn decreases power output.

It prob would on a high reving race setup with a big cam, but I wouldn't do it for a street setup myself.
This is the FI section, most in here are. Prob be better asked in the External section, unless you are planning to boost your ride.

+1 For EFI
My last setup was a blow-thru carb setup and while it wade great power, it was a real PITA to tune on the street.
It is difficult to get the part throttle throttle fueling perfect on a carbed FI setup.
I have the boxes of holley jets to prove it !!!!
Unless you are class racing where they give the carb guys a weight break, there is no advantage at all besides gray hairs....LOL
Stay EFI and save yourself a ton of grief.

The air mixing with the fuel in a carb gives an intercooling effect and also is usually a little better atomized. So in theory a carb has the potential to make more power.
But the ease of tuning and somewhat infinite adjustability of EFI will give you better starting and driveability and cleaner emissions. Nothing against carbs myself, I have used them for 30 years, along with EFI and mechanical injection and I'll keep the EFI even if its loosing a few HP. Having to deal with needles and seats, changing jets, accelerator pump squirters/cams, air bleeds vs just sitting there with a laptop makes EFI pretty appealing.
Not to mention, as a lot here probably didnt experience, stock carb'd daily drivers in the wintertime were always a crapshoot getting to start. The days of a shop full of cars that were flooded on a 20 degree day is long gone..

Or when it got really cold out (below zero) I remember heating up my fuel lines with a blow drier and having a pan of charcoal under the oil pan so the thing would even crank over - the good old days..
