bellintercoolers.com - I'm on my 2nd one by them and they aren't the cheapest but they can do most any config. And the layout and weld quality is primo.

Do you have space to go vertical channel?

Hi Jim-thanks for the response. Bell is the one I found. Not sure what vertical channel is. My current cooler is a 18.5"Wx8"Hx3.5"D-feeds in from the bottom(18.5"W)and then exits out the top. According to Bell it's only good for 1200 cfm? The one I'm looking at is 28.5"Wx6"Hx3.5"D-again feeding in the from the 28.5" side-according to them it flows 1900cfm.

I think my F1R is losing alot of boost from my current cooler.

Vertical channel is what is says. Where the tubes run vertically ( ie. up and down )

Short tubes, but plenty of them.

Horizontal would be the typical ebay style core. In the left, out the right ( or vica versa ) with long tubes, but less of them.

Each has its own pros and cons.

FWIW, I tested my own IC, and was amazed to see less than 2psi drop under all circumstances as measured from end tank to end tank.. Mine is horizontal tubes, made up from 2 old cores I had welded together.
