Default Where to tap power for nitrous...

wondering best/easiest place you guys tap from to power a nitrous system....

To do it you need to run a relay directly off the battery since the solenoids pull alot of current. I would suggest running the entire system including the arming switch off the battery as an independant system and make sure you use fuses as well. I have seen people run the controls off the radio fuse but I just find that as the easy way out.

back of the alternator is the best..

best bet is finding a switched 12v power source. Running off the battery is an OK idea, but you run the risk of draining the battery if you forget to turn off the switch.
