Western Members - Cop Alert

I don't know if this was only in my area but the cops were standing out on the freeway using their radar/laser gun trying to get the speeders on the 170 Freeway with a black and with right in front waiting for the go ahead.

I have heard alot about them cracking down on speeding lately...this poor economy must have them in need of "increased funding".

Same on the 101 through Calabasas.

Also On The 5 By Chula Vista

I think the warm weather and school being out has them out in force looking for the idiots speeding and loud stereo's!

Yeah, they've been cracking down over the last week like crazy.

It was about 5ish just before the merge onto the I-5. How ever I have not seen them there as of the past few days so it might have just been for the holiday weekend. I'd still be cautious for a little bit.
