Not sure why it only wants to apply 2 degrees of timing.. There are a few tables you can try. one being table B5915. Move that to all zero.
Also go to your base spark tables, they are way to high in that area. Back it down and that should fix alot. Also B5909 might need lowered. Even though im banking on it being to high of base timing..

I see a lot of false KR all over the place in 98s, and many of them at startup. Sometimes it'll be in places where you KNOW it isn't real... like moving up to 20% TPS, then letting off to 12% and at the same time because of swing or unfinished tuning, the car is kinda rich there too and knock shows up on the scanner. The 98s definitley act differently than the later years in this respect.

as you can see the VE table it's like stock , stall Need tune.. i'll lean it at idle and i'll see what happen..
BTW , i'm not pro at tune and this my first car LS1 cammed and tune by myself.

You may need to get some hands on help. I have a guy that is helping me with my tune. I found him from a post on HP Tuners bulletin board. He just happens to work where I work. He does tuning from a mathematical approach. There is some good stuff on his web site. Check it out. I have been impressed by what he has been able to do with my idle and drivability issues.
