Are you building a motor because you could go with a domed piston. 317s are 71cc to begin with. You would be better off with a set of 243 heads. They flow almost the same as the 317 but are 64-65cc. If you need a set of 317 i have a set for sale.

317= low CR for FI
243=high CR for NA
You would have to take a hell of alot off to make them work and your piston to valve clearance would suffer. Taking that much off for cr would kill those heads. They dont come with that thick of a deck to begin with.
