Default Most power out of powered stock heads...

Wondering what kinda power can be made from ported z28 heads... from a 93+....

A lot lol. check out advanced inductions their ported stock heads make crazy horsepower.

^What he said plus Lloyd Elliot. People make crazy power from porting the stock castings, its the way to go. You can make over 400rwhp with the right setup on stock cubes.

sweet i am hoping 400+ at the wheels.... with stock cubes maybe 383 and large cam

both Loyd elliot and advanced inductions have cams ground to match their heads. Theres a guy on here with a red camaro thats making over 400rwhp on stock cubes with on of AIs head and cam package. Here check it out. Ill do it sometime if i ever get the money.

My bud's 95 z with a 6 spd dynoed 430 RWHP and a great tq curve. Can't remember the damed tq #'s. He has a basic build up 396 with a non ported TB so I think the car may have some left in it.

I was wondering if you could also put larger valves in the stock LT1 heads..

with some machine work would 2.02's work?

Most shops go to 2.00/1.56 any bigger and they need new seats BUT both setups I linked too use 2.00/1.56 so no bigger is necessary.
